Crack Repair

There are many different aspects to crack repair: is the crack a structural, water or an appearance problem? For a structural problem, a two-component liquid epoxy can be injected into the crack to bond the concrete back together. Where there is water penetrating the crack or joint, a polyurethane grout can be injected that reacts with the water to form a flexible watertight gasket. For horizontal cracks where the crack is moving uncontrollably, steel stitches can be installed within the crack to stop movement, and a new control - cut two feet over - can be installed.
