No outside digging is required for the new to the old building requiring full waterproofing systems. Included are these systems:
Sub Drain System
An easy system getting the water to the sump pump pit under the floor to drain away as quickly as possible.
Polyurethane Crack Injection
Cracks are injected swelling to form a flexible, moving gasket when coming in contact with water.
Sump Pump Pit System
This system can solve the problem for minor leakage depending upon where it is coming from and what is under the floor. The water needs to get to the sump pump pit as quickly as possible to get drained away.
Window Well Installation
The wall is waterproofed with “Tuff-N-Dri “ and drainage pipe is put in to allow water to drain faster. A new window well is then installed.
Excavation Of Foundation Walls
This solution usually means a more serious water problem. The foundation is excavated down to the footing, the walls are waterproofed and a new weeping tile is put in to a sump pump pit.
